“Getting your goods packed and shipped is something that needs proper attention and time”

In order to get your goods packed and shipped safely, we mostly need 1-3 working days, depending on the availability of the goods you chose.

In most European countries and countries near Greece (like Israel, Turkey, Egypt etc.), the shipping time with DHL Economy Select and EMS is about 4-5 working days, considering it is not a holiday season or any other public holiday here in Greece.

Usually delivered to you by your local post office.

Cargo or Freight (for heavy items)

“What about customs?”

Unfortunately, this is out of our reach. As buyer, you have to consider, if you are from a non-EU country, custom duties may apply, for which is responsible the receiver of the goods.

“Is something wrong with the goods you received, or have you changed your mind? No problem at all. You can Return them or Cancel the order”

Our Returns policy is simple. Products can be returned within 14 days from receiving the goods and sent within 14 days in the following conditions.

The products must be unopened, unused while in their initial packaging, in order to be returned. Refunding will be completed once the products are received and checked in our premises while by default the Payment method chosen to refund you, is the one you chose to purchase the goods. If the goods or their initial packaging are damaged, resulting that cannot be used or sold in their initial packaging, then there is a possibility that we cannot refund you fully or even not refund you at all. Finally, returning and shipping charges for the Returned Goods are paid by the customer.
Before returning the received goods, we recommend getting in touch with us through mail and we may ask you to provide some photos to ensure the products and their packaging is undamaged. This way you could save time and any further expenses.

If there is no available shipping option for your order or your country, please try to save your address first or check if there any spare space characters in your ZIP code. If anything of the above is checked and the only carrier appears is the 'Pick up from store' option, then please contact us through e-mail for pricing and shipping options.

Terms and restrictions apply, depending on the total physical or volumetric weight of your order and the shipping destination. Some countries impose weight and size limits on Courier and Mail parcels. Shipping via Freight, Cargo and Spedition is possible while recommended in some cases.
